Order Processing Time

All items at Meno & Mimosas are made to order - nothing is mass-produced or held in stock ahead of time. This means every order is printed specifically for you once it's placed, which does take a little longer than buying an item that's already sitting in a warehouse, but it means less waste and a product that's exactly yours.

Production time: 2–7 business days (this is the time it takes to print and prepare your item before it's even shipped)

Shipping time (after production): 3–7 business days for UK orders

Total estimated time from order to delivery: approximately 5–10 business days

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees, and can occasionally run longer during high-demand periods (e.g. seasonal promotions).

Flat rate of £4.99 Standard or £6.99 Express for UK orders. International shipping rates may vary but will show on billing information before you check out your items

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe above, please contact us at enquiries@menoandmimosas.com and we'll look into it for you. We ask that you wait until the full estimated window has passed before reaching out, as this helps us track it accurately with our production partner.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect or refund orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly by the customer.
